Salary:

Fresher: 17k CTC + Incentives

Experienced: 24k CTC + Incentives
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, or digital platforms
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Maintain records of calls, meetings, and client information
   

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a competitive environment
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
• For experienced candidates: minimum 6 months or 1 year of relevant experience preferred
