1. What is it?

The LIC Apprentice and Internship Hiring Test is conducted by the Life Insurance Corporation of India to select candidates for short-term apprenticeship or internship roles in different departments, such as finance, marketing, actuarial, IT, customer service, and operations.

These are temporary learning-based positions meant to give candidates real-world exposure to LIC’s functioning.


2. Purpose

  • To recruit fresh graduates, postgraduates, or professional course students for training and exposure.

3. Eligibility

  • Education:

  • Age:

4. Selection Process

  1. Application Screening – Based on academic records & eligibility.

  2. Written/Online Test – Objective type, covering:

    • Reasoning Ability

    • Quantitative Aptitude

    • English Language

    • Domain Knowledge (Finance, IT, Marketing, or Actuarial concepts depending on the role)

  3. Interview – To assess interpersonal skills, domain expertise, and suitability.
